By accessing or using PureZen Infinite Canvas, a project developed by 0x5zen ("the Developer"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

PureZen Infinite Canvas is a web-based visual organization tool that allows users to upload images, arrange them on an infinite canvas, and save their layouts. The Service is provided "as is" and is subject to updates, changes, or termination by the Developer.

3. User Accounts

To access features like saving projects, you must authenticate using a third-party provider (Google). You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account credentials.

4. User-Generated Content (UGC)

• Ownership: You retain full ownership of the images and data you upload to the Service.
• License: By uploading content, you grant PureZen a non-exclusive license to store and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
• Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the content you upload. You confirm that you possess the necessary rights to use the content and that it does not violate any copyright laws.
• Prohibited Content: You may not upload illegal material, pornography, malware, or content that promotes hate speech. We reserve the right to remove such content without notice.

5. Data Availability & Liability

Data Storage: We use third-party services (UploadThing) for storage.

No Warranty: PureZen is an indie project provided without warranty of any kind. 0x5zen shall not be liable for any loss of data, service interruptions, or damages resulting from the use of this Service. Users are encouraged to keep local backups of important images.
